Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the agen77 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services operated by agen77 ("Platform"). These Terms take effect from the date you first access the Platform.

Agen77 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately and contact the agen77 support team to close your account.

Account Eligibility

To register and use agen77's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date
• Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement
• Not appear on any list of individuals or entities prohibited by agen77
• Have full mental and legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• Not register on behalf of another person — the account must be for your own personal use

Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each member is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Registering more than one account using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining balances.

Agen77 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our compliance policy. For withdrawal and account verification purposes, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment method used (if required)
• A selfie holding your identification document (if requested)

Agen77 reserves the right to freeze or suspend an account pending completion of the KYC process. All submitted information will be protected in accordance with Privacy Policy ours.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Agen77 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank transfers in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods
• Deposited funds must be from a legitimate source and must belong to you
• Agen77 does not accept third-party deposits
• Agen77 reserves the right to request proof of fund source where deemed necessary

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50
• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered under the same member's name
• The withdrawal process is typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes after approval
• Agen77 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawal amounts
• Withdrawals will not be processed if any bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled

Bonuses & Promotions

Agen77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, rebates, free spins, and festive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer.

Wagering Requirements (Rollover):

• All bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawals are permitted
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of deposit plus bonus (e.g.: 10x, 15x, or 20x)
• Bets across all game types may count towards meeting rollover requirements unless stated otherwise
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified time period — expired bonuses will be forfeited

Anti-Bonus Abuse Policy:

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Using multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses is prohibited
• Agen77 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit wins if there is evidence of abuse
• Agen77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time

Game Rules

All games available on the agen77 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, unbiased, and fair.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, agen77 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the original bet
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit bugs in games is strictly prohibited
• The use of automated software (bots), third-party tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited
• Odds and payouts in sports betting games are subject to change before the event begins

For sports betting, all confirmed wagers are final. agen77 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a significant error in the odds display.

Prohibited Member Conduct

Agen77 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully when using the Platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or sharing an account with another individual
• Providing false information or using another person's identity during registration or KYC
• Conducting money laundering through the Platform
• Colluding with other members to exploit the bonus system or games
• Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing other members or staff
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Distributing illegal content through the Platform's communication channels

Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Member: You may close your agen77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (actual balance not subject to any pending rollover) will be processed for withdrawal.

Suspension by Agen77: Agen77 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• There is evidence of fraud, misconduct, or behaviour that violates these Terms
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Request from the relevant authorities
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Liability Limits

Agen77 provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the Platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or bugs. While we continually strive to maintain high uptime (99.9%), occasional technical disruptions may occur.

• Agen77 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or delays beyond our control
• Agen77 is not liable for wagering decisions made based on inaccurate information from external sources
• Agen77's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim

Amendment of Terms and Regulations

Agen77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
